Hello,
I'm concerned with 2 issues we are receiving since using PDF this week for our applications to view documents:
Issue 1: There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document(15).
This issue is causing blank pages when you view with the naked eye. You can only see this error when you scroll to the page with the issue. We have found that if we drop this document in Chrome and use the Print to PDF feature the problem is resolved. We need to resolve the issue when viewing the document using Adobe Reader DC Continuous Release. Can anyone help with a fix for this issue besides using the Chrome browser?
Issue 2: Cannot extract the embedded front 'CEGKJJ+TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT'. Some characters may not display or print correctly.
Different versions (fonts) of this issue is present is a large number of our document when launched for viewing in our court applications. Is there a fix available for this issue?

For the first issue, we would need to see a sample of such a PDF file in order to assist you.
For the second issue, except for a bug in a version of Reader released last Summer and quickly fixed (within two weeks) and released, this message is indicative of an actual error in the PDF file itself, either the font being improperly embedded by the software generating the PDF file and/or improper character encoding / mapping tables in such PDF files. Depending on what the actual issue is, some such files can be fixed by running the Fix common font problems fixup in Acrobat Pro DC's Preflight feature. FWIW, the reason why you may not see such a message in other viewers would be that they ignore the problem, possibly resulting in the wrong characters or the wrong font being used.
I will contact you offline.
