Adobe Reader prints 4 copies when told to print two copies

Hi, 

I have a computer that runs AWS workspaces. When we try to 2 make copies of  a document in AWS WorkSpaces adobe reader prints out 4 copies of the document. It is only adobe reader that causes this issue. our trouble shooting preformed so far. 

1. Remove and reinstall adobe reader

2. Confirmed that we are updated to the latest version. 

3. Confirmed that all printer settings are correct.

4. Confirmed print drivers are up to date. 

5. Tried to recreate the issue in other programs unsuccessfuly (Word, Excel, print a test page)

6. Ensured the printer is set as default printer. 

Any help would be appreciated
