I have used abobe sign for Model release for the first time today. Twice. Both times it says email has bounced. I have checked email addresses and all are correct.
Why is this happening?

What is the exact message you are receiving? (I somewhat doubt that the word “bounced” is used, but ...) Are the e-mail addresses on the same domain? You might want to have the recipients whitelist the domain that Adobe Sign is sending from.

This is what i'm seeing. Tried two different emails now. Still not working.

I notice them document in document cloud. But when pressed on, Adobe sign never starts.

In Acrobat. Also, when I click on "Waiting for you" nothing happens. There is obviously something there, but I can't get to them. Any ideas?

Hopefully someone more familiar with the Sign functions will weigh in here. Certainly the words EMAIL BOUNCED are next to useless in terms of giving you useful information as to what the real issue is.

I also have this issue. It happens around 50% of the time. The problem is that the one recieved by email includes the full activity and the e-signed. The one downloades from Adobe Agreements has both documents separated and well, if you edit them and merge, you are altering an esigned document therefore it is no longer valid. Please fix this Adobe people or give a clear cut explanation why it bounces sometimes.
