Adobe Sign with Team

Hi folks

I am unable to find thread for Adobe Sign community, so posting under Document Cloud.

I am trying to use Adobe Sign tab under Microsoft Team. I search the app and added to Teams but while sign in I am taken to Adobe Sign in pop up from app but while entering password screen shows below error everytime. It is not on chrome or IE or any other browser, still cleared the cookies and site data but nothing fixed the issue.
