Adobe signature

Looking to go paperless for a sepcific task at work which requires a signiture at the bottom of the form. Is it possible to have lets say 50 people use a computer with a touch screen to leave thier mark on the document? I dont want to save signitures I really only want them to be able to scribble thier name/mark in a box on the form they just finished filling out. Its super annoying adobe doesnt let you do this.
