Hello all, hope everyone is doing well!
This seems really silly, but I started a paid subscription to Adobe a long time ago, because I needed to convert a Word doc to PDF and make it fillable ... It's only 16.14/month, so I just sort of continued with it, as I occasionally use it. It is very useful at times.
Now none of it works, I haven't used it in maybe 10 months, can"t login and when I select the app on my desk top, it prompts to start my free trial ... ZERO help so far from customer service chat and cannot find a phone number ... for my "product", while they clearly can find my credit card every month ...
Any advice would be gratefully taken, but a phone number to an actual person would be super appreciated. I'm more comfortable speaking to a human and am pretty good at it.
Pretty sure they owe me money 🙂
