I have tried using Microsoft Edge to add written pen tablet feedback to a .pdf AutoCAD drawing which worked great ... until opened back up in Adobe ... where the drawing is now full of yellow sticky note symbols beside all the AutoCAD text.  This does not show in any other .pdf viewer.

Can I fix this in Adobe or turn it off ?

I think you may be able to disable those by going to Edit--->>> Preferences--->>> Commenting.

See if you have some of the listed options under "Pop Up Open Behavior" active and that may need to be unchecked.
