Already subscribed to Adobe DC Pro but System wants me to subscribe

Hi,

I can't shut off Adobe DC Pro asking me to subscribe even though the system reports I am already subscribed.  The software will not let me complete tasks, insisting I subscribe.  Please help be shut off the nag memes asking me to subscribe when Adobe says I already am subscribed.
