I got a new just installed Windows 10 and Adobe CC softwares including Acrobat Pro DC V.2020.012.20041.

Scanner (Printer) is a Canon MG3600.

Process to create the problem.

Create a new PDF, Scan a page, go to File and Save As..., select a local folder, save dialog for file name input comes up, and it's lock up.

Can't click anything, can't use the keyboard, can't Esc, Enter or anything. Just kill Acrobat from Task Manager...

Also as checking the version for writting this post, I did a scan, open About and couldn't click or close anythig again...

This is super annoying after scanning many many pages and when saving you loose all the work...

I did the AdobeAcroCleaner_DC2015 and install again, it won't fix it.

Hope you can come with a solution for this.

Hi,

Thanks for reporting this issue.

To understand it better, can you please confirm on the below questions :

1 - Please share the steps by which you did scan?

2 - It is happening for all settings of Scan or for any particular setting, DPI, Page Size, etc ?

3 - Is it only after Scan or after using any other tool also, you are facing this issue?

Thanks,

Gaurav Maheshwari

Hi

Just after scan.

1 page scan is ok. Probable from the 2nd scan. Maybe because adding a page, or because using the right panel?

Thanks
