I need to download a pdf application form at my university. When I do, a window comes up saying if this page doesn't change in a few minutes, it may be that you don't have the latest version, and provides an adobe site address. In the adobe instructions, it tells me to go to help and check the updates, and when I do, the updates are complete. What should I do?

file to your local computer. Then open it from there, using Adobe
