Applying for Adobe Reader DC licence returned HTTP 400 error

I'm trying to apply for a licence to deploy Adobe Reader DC to multiple PC's, on the website I'm trying to go to this URL: http://www.adobe.com/go/rdr_apply_dist/

However I just get this error code:

Any help would be appriciated, I just need the .msi install files but Adode like to make things difficult or just don't work.
