Arquivo salvo errado no Adobe DC

 Preciso de ajuda!! Uma amiga estava fazendo um trabalho no adobe, nao salvou o arquivo em PDF como deveria e ao abri-lo agora está todo desconfigurado e não consegue voltar para o que estava fazendo. Aparentemente perdeu tudo. Ela usa o MAC. Existe alguma maneira de recuperar? 🙏🙏🙏

In what version of Adobe Acrobat Pro the PDF was used with?

I'm unsure if you can retrieve anything from a file that wasn't saved at all. 

And what do you mean by misconfigured? Please be specific.

Thank you for reaching out.

As you have mentioned that the PDF was not saved, it is not possible to recover the changes done before closing the PDF.

However, you do get an option to save when you close the PDF after making any changes. 

When you say the PDF gets misconfigured after reopening, what do you mean by that? The PDF should remain the same except the changes that were not saved when you reopen it.

If you find some changes in the PDF, please either share the screenshot or the file with us.

It would be helpful if you can share the application and OS version used.
