Hello,
Short Background:
I want to create a disclaimer of liability as an interactive PDF form, that our customers have to sign before they can play at our field, as an alternative to our current paper form.
The form itself is already mostly written.
Now to the question.
Is it possible to automate the opening of a new template after the customer has send a filled and signed one? If yes, how do i do that. Otherwise, is there an alternative?
My boss told me that these documents have to be filled out at our field and cannot be send directly.
It would be amazing if someone could help me with this.
Thanks

It sounds like the capability you're looking for is found in Adobe Sign. You can create a signable web form that you can embed in your web site. Here's an example of a liability waiver release: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/document-cloud-learn/sign-learning-hub/advanced-tasks/advance...

Hallo,
Thank you for the reply.
I will have to look more into Adobe Sign. But it looks promising.
