Automatically adding a header or footer when printing a snapshot

I want to snapshot a section of an A1 drawing numbered 201.01 and print on an A3 printer, but want it to reference back to the original titled drawing in either a header or footer. Is this possible for the snapshot to automatically include the drawing number information and add the date that the snapshot was taken?
