Automating Branding of PDF documents

Hi,
We license out booklets and brand them complimentary for our clients. We are currently suffering a huge lag, because for each one of the booklets, we have to manually replace the logo, address, website, etc. This is done for multiple pages.
I'm wondering if there is a way to automate it, or at least make the process easier. Something like when you order business cards from Staples or Vistaprint, where you include the content you wan in a "form" box, then it will automatically transpose and format it in the corresponding spaces.
Hopefully this will make sense, and thanks in advance!

People like Staples and Vistaprint have invested millions of dollars into creating software to do this sort of task. It isn't something you get "out of the box".
However, you may be able to streamline the workflow. I believe InDesign can do some kind of customization work, but it might be text only.

If these objects always appear at the same location on the page then it can be automated using Acrobat, but the process will have to be triggered manually. You can run it on multiple files, though, if you have Acrobat Pro.

Thank you!
We do have acrobat pro, but I'm not sure how to do that, or even what to search for in order to automate it. Could you recommend a tutorial or key words to search?

James were you able to figure out how to use the watermarking tool?

Why not set up that information as a watermark? Set all that information on a single page, then add it to the booklet using the watermark feature.
You can also set page range options and appearance options. When you've got it set the way you want, you can save the settings for the next time you license something to that same client, so you don't have to redo all the work all over again.

Thank you, but I don't think this will work for what we are looking for.

Sorry if it seemed like I was wondering how to do this. It seemed James was still unsure about how to use the tool so I thought I'd check to see if they still needed help.
