Batch job changes file name

I have a Adobe Acrobat XI  Pro action job that works fine when I run it in Adobe. It converts tif images to readable PDF's using OCR and keep the the original file name, only adding .PDF.

However, when I create and run a batch file, it changes the file name, like the example below:

TEST.TIF = XA9R1navjem_fpdd1e_8sc.pdf

Has anyone experienced this and has a solution?
