Batch scaling PDFs

New Here ,
Oct 24, 2019 Oct 24, 2019

We have a client that will be sending their pages larger than they will print at, so we need to scale to them on our end 93%x95% to fit the finished printed image area.

Is there a way that we can batch scale PDFs to the correct size?

We will be receiving dozens of pages a week from this client and asking them to send the PDFs the correct size is not an option.

I have both Mac and PC desktops available to work with.

In Acrobat Pro, look under tools > print production > preflight > profiles > fixes > scale pages to specified size

P.S. By saving such a fixup and including it in a preflight profile, you can save it as a preflight droplet and then drag-n-drop PDF files onto the droplet app to automate processing in Acrobat Pro.
