Bates Numbering not shrinking documents in Adobe Pro DC

Previously, in Adobe Pro X, when applying bates numbering to a document, there is an 'Appearance Options' section where you can check off the box "shrink all documents to avoid overwriting the document's texts and graphics."

I cannot figure out how to recreate this function in Adobe Pro DC - is there a new feature separate from bates numbers that will allow me to shrink my document?
