Hello,
Need some advice. I prepared a simple form with the Form tool that includes (text fields, check boxes, and a signature field). I want to send the form out to several person's emails, have them fill out the form, sign it then send it back to me. I tested this with Adobe Sign to send out but it mentions the word "agreement" which this document is not. It is a general form that my clients should fill in their address, living arrangements, expenses and preferences (check marks). Then sign at the bottom and return to me.
thank you
Craig
It has nothing to do with the target email address, but all with how the file is viewed. If it is viewed inside a browser using a non-Adobe plugin, all bets are off, basically.

Don't use Adobe Sign. Just send the files directly. Maybe add a Submit button to make it easier for the users to send it back to you.

Thank you so much, that was very helpful and thanks for the tip on submit...that's what i really need!!
I have a quick followup question on the submit button that I set up with "mailto:emailaddress"
I emailed the form as an attachment to myself, opened email in Outlook Desktop then opened the file using Adobe Acrobat Pro, filled it in and clicked submit which worked fine to send form back to me.
But when I tried by sending it to my other webmail email test accounts (outlook.com or gmail.com) and double clicked the attachment (which I imagine some might do) while I was able to fill in the forms, I could not submit it back to me with the Submit Button ...nothing happened when I clicked the submit button.
How can I get the submit button to email the form if a receipient has a webmail account and does not have Adobe Acrobat or the Reader version and just double clicks to open the file online to fill it out??
thank you!
Craig
