Beware of Adobe Tech Support

An Adobe tech asked permission to access my computer.  I granted access.  He got frustrated midway through his session and simply disconnected, leaving me in the lurch. 

 

Don't let these Adobe folks access your computer!!

Aterpster, I am sorry you continue to encounter problems signing into Acrobat DC.  I am showing that case ADB-17831893-G1S0 is still open and pending your response. Please use the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html to update your active support case.

 

You may also want to review the settings for any installed security software.  It appears you also encountered difficulties establishing a successful chat session in September 2020.
