My assistant had a subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro which was charging to my credit card monthly. The subscription was cancelled in December but the recurring charge appeared on my January credit card statement. I would like to make sure that this gets credited and that no more charges are incurred. I've left 3 voice mails to customer service over the past month trying to cancel the subscription and then finally figured out how to do that online. Have been going back and forth with 2Checkout this morning and they say they can't help me and I need to reach out to Adobe directly. Having tried that in the past with no success, I've resorted to posting here in the hopes I hear back from someone!
