Blank form

I built a fillable PDF file.

I emailed it to myself to fill out on my iPhone

I email the completed form back to myself

When I open it on my phone (so can 3 other people), I can see the information I filled out.

When I open on my desktop (same with 3 other people), it’s the blank form!!!

Are you using Apple Preview to fill the form? If so, this is a known issue. The problem is not with Acrobat, it's with Preview. You can confirm if the problem is what I think if you click into a field and see the value and it goes black again when you click out.
