Hi,
Every time I try to "Save As" in Acrobat DC on my Mac, it just pulls up a blank screen - completely blank with no text or options whatsoever. For example, if I create a PDF from multiple files, it will combine the files into a binder but won't allow me to save it from there. If I then click to close the file, it will ask me if I want to save it. When I click "yes" the blank screen will also pop up.
I have tried the following:
- Uninstalling and reinstalling
- Restarting my computer
- Updating Acrobat DC through Creative Cloud
I am running OSX 10.9.4 on a 2.9ghz Intel Core i7 MacBook Pro w/ 8Gb ram and 80Gb of available space
Any suggestions? Thanks!
Please try unchecking 'Show online storage when saving files' option under "Edit > Preferences > General"
Click OK and then relaunch Acrobat.
Let me know how it goes.

Anubha

This just worked for me also.
After using Adobe Acrobat for several years, I have no idea what changed the settings in the first. Thanks for the quick fix, though.

Wow, that was from 2015 and I had the same problem today on my brand new laptop and use of my DC Pro subscription -- and it worked. Granted, it was not under "edit" it was under the Acrobat Pro DC up in upper left, click on preferences/general, 9th choice down.
Thank YOU!

This also was need for saving SCREEN CAPTURES.
I did not need to relaunch the program

It worked! Thanks! I moved and when setting up at new location, I could no longer save PDFs sent to me by RE Agent and attorney.

In the last two weeks we had the same issue over several PCs and we "solved" by unchecking the cloud resources option.
Unfortunately we have some customers that would need to access, during the "save as" operation, the recent folders list.
The "classic style" save as windows do not complies this feature...
Is Adobe planning a serious solution for this bug?
Thanks

This is a known bug with version 21.007.20091 according to Adobe support. The workaround isn't good for our business because we use cloud save locations. Hoping they fix soon.

The fix is not working for my even though I unchecked those boxes. IMac with Acrobat DC I am subscribed to and logged into. I cannot save as from the file, nor can I download onto my iMac. I can, if I just open the Adobe application, download there from the recent files list. But this is really cumbersome and not workable for us as we are using my adobe forms.
Any other suggestions, please?
