Block update on Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2019

Hello,

I have an issue with Reader DC and i want to block the update. I have followed this process Mises à jour automatiques - Adobe Acrobat et Reader but the problem is still there. I have also a firewall SOPHOS and I blocked these following URL IP adresses to open in firewall for update and install but I have the same problem.

Do you have any idea how can I block these updates please ?

Apologies for the delay in response. I hope this would be fixed by now.

If the problem still persists, you may try the following troubleshooting steps:

Go to Edit (Windows), Adobe Reader (Mac)>Preferences>Updater>Uncheck automatic updates >OK.
Restart the system.
