bloqueo de adobe al digitalizar mas de una página

hasta hoy el programa funcionó correctamente, pero hoy, al querer digitalizar un documento de 3 hojas, pasan todas por el scaner, pero solo optimiza la primera y se queda bloqueado, hastas el punto que no puedo ni cerrarlo, me dice que la digilitaciñón está en curso.

We need some more information for a better understanding

 

  • Have you started experiencing this issue after installing the recent update for Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC? What is the version of the application you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat DC

 

  • Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs that you try to scan? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

 

  • Are you on a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version of the OS?

 

  • What is the make and model of the printer/scanner? Also, please check for any missing updates for the printer driver and firmware and try updating them and check if that makes any difference.

Hola Amal,

la versión de Adobe Acrobat DC es la 2020.009.20063.

sistema operativo Windows 8.1 Pro

impresora Brother DCP-6690CW

 

en lo referent a las actualizaciones, no hice ninguna, de un dia para otro dejo de funcionar correctamente.

 

la impresora fuinciona perfectamente para imprimir, y no existe ninguna actualización de controladores y firmware, solo he encontrado la actualización a windows10.

 

lo hace con cualquier documento, depende de laas páginas del doicumento se queda bloqueado optimizando la primero o la segunda. Por el escaner, pasan todas las páginas, se bloquea cuando intenta optimizarlas.

 

Gracias por contestarme, espero que mis respuestas a tus preguntas sirvan para poder solucionar el problema
