Blue form field boxes - is there a way to have the highlight color print?

I'm getting a lot of PDF files that have form fields. I can flatten annotations (form fields) and they will print but now they are no longer a form field which casues the blue highlight to be removed. Is there any way to automatically change them to a color box? I have been selecting each box and changing them to a blue fill.

Thanks,

Perry

You can select all fields and change the fill color.

The blue highlight is a user preference in Acrobat/Reader. It's not part of the form. So you are doing it the right way, i.e., set the field fill color to blue. To do them all at once, do as Bernd says, select all the field and change them all at the same time.
