Branching in fillable forms

Hi,

I need to create a form which will show or hide certain questions/fields depending on the response to a previous question.

Is this possible in Acrobat without programming languages, and if so, could you guide me to somewhere I could learn to do this?

Thank you for the quick response.  Unfortunately, this is out of my skill set, I do not understand JavaScript unfortunately.
