btn for saving one page from pdf with forms

hello, I have a pdf with 10 pages. one of them is a form that can be filled in. how can i make a button in acrobat wich saves only that exact page. so it can be mailed to someone else? thanks for helping me out!

Is this only for your own usage? Because it will only work in Acrobat...

hi, no. a client can download the pdf from a website. then they have to fill in a form (1 page of several) and then they have to save/send only that page back via email. so I understand that is not possible with acrobat reader?
