Bullet Point Formatting

How do (or can I) edit bullet point formatting?  I'd like to change indentation, numbering, etc.

You can try the Edit Text tool, but PDF files were really not meant to be edited in this way, so doing so would be tricky at best.

If you have the original files, all editing are best done in the original files. If you do not have the original files and the file does not have complex formatting export the file to Word and re-edit the Word file.
