Can I turn a page into a folder?

Okay so the title might seem vague because I'm not sure how to call it. But:

I am contructing an appendix file with 8 different reports. I wish to make a pdf that shows the frontpages of these reports (so one pdf with 8 pages, appendix 1 through 8) that only shows a report once you click on the frontpage.

So instead of having a hundred-some page document with all reports back-to-back, I want to be able to turn these frontpages into 'folders' that expand into the full report once you click on them.

Anyone?

Are you familiar with PDF Portfolios?  You can create one from the File>Create menu, and they can allow for folder creation and storing of different files into those folders... all within a PDF file.

Might this work for you?
