I would like to send a form to be filled out by two people. Rather than having 1 person complete the entire doc and the second person sign off on those entries, I'd like for person A to fill out what they can, and person B to complete the remaining fields.
In this situation, I have required fields in my form. I'd prefer to send the doc to two people, and person A fills out a portion of the required fields, while person B completes the rest of the required fields.

Nope. A required field is a required field. Recipient A will have to complete all required fields on their form. And Recipient B will have to complete all required fields on their form.
For legal reasons, Adobe Sign is for one person per form. Once signed the document is locked and cannot be modified by anyone.
