Can not delete PDF file

The file does not open "Path does not exist" I can ot do anything to it. Maybe because the name is too long. Would like to delete it though. screen shots attached. Thank you!

What's stopping you from deleting it, then? Why not rename it to something shorter and try again?

Thanks for your reply. I can't change the name, move or copy it. Basically nothing at all.
