I have created form with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (version 20.013.20064.12623) and some people are able to fill all the fields, but the others just the ones which are not mandatory and check boxes.
Those ones who aren´t able to fill all the fields won´t also see the red borders on mandatory field (only white).
What can I do to make the form work for all? The person with challenges are using Acrobat version 2021.001.20138.

They need to enable fields highlighting in the application to see the red border, but they fields should be editable to them either way, even if not highlighted.

Thank you for reply. Any idea what to do when they are not able to fill those required fields. Moving them to not mandatory is not an option.

We need more details. Start by asking them for full-window screenshots of the files. Many times people think they're opening a PDF in Reader when in fact they are not.
Also, a more clear description of the issue will help. Do they have Fields Highlighting enabled? Do they see the fields? What exactly happens when they click into them and try to enter a value? etc.

Issue solved. They didn´t have Fields Highlighted enabled.
Thank you for your help.

Is there a way to know what program/app the people are using to open the PDF form? In a browser, perhaps? It should work with any version of Acrobat or Reader. Problems can arise when folks use a 3rd party or an app that is intended for previewing PDFs.
My best,
Dave
