Can´t copy from some of the form fields after adding signature in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

Hi all,

I am creating a form with many texts and signatures. Each signature blocks some of the text fields.

I add a screeshot: after signin on the right, the two text fields [Transport Bewertungsbogen No:] and [Storage condition:] are blocked. As you can see, the first field lets me select and copy it, but the bottom one it does not even select the field to let me copy it.

Even if when creating the form I copy the top one and change the name and position, it will only let me select one of the both.
