Can't get Acrobat to load since latest update

Please advise!! Creative Cloud updated a few days ago & now I can't open Acrobat! Can I un-install & then re-install, if so, can I get some guidance please. Screen shot attached. I'm on a Mac running Catalina 10.15.5

Restart the computer and then try opening Acrobat directly, not via the CC app.

I'm sorry but NOTHING happens. I keep double clicking on the icon and the program won't open. If I select control & the icon on the dock it says 'application not responding'.  I've tried to force quit from the apple icon & it won't even do that
