Can't Install Adobe, Is It Due To Clashes With Antivirus?

An installing box sounds good. What is the problem? Please tell us what is actually wrong. You only say "you tried to install Acrobat Reader".

Do you mean McAfee? If so, then no. You don't have to install it to get Reader to work.
