Can't manage documents in "Manage Documents" with Adobe Acrobat DC

It used to be SO easy in the earlier versions before they added so many bells and whistles.  Honestly, I spent hours just trying rearrange pages in a PDF document.  Couldn't do it.  Nothing was obvious.  e.g. insert does not necessarily mean where you put your cursor, Extract doesn't necessarily mean take a page or pages from from the document you are working on, etc. etc. Any basic run through would be greatly appreciated.  Ray
