Hello, My company is currently using Acrobat Professional DC2015 12.0 WIN ESD ALL CLASSIC, and for some time we have problems opening PDF files. To be more accurate, we receive some reports via mail (Outlook), and when we open the files, a response file is created on the fileserver (all good until 3 days ago). Now, when we try to open the reports, we get the error that you can see attached bellow. Is there any fix for this problem?
