Hi there

Any suggestions re. what I need to do to be able to PDF a word file that contains a combination of portrait and landscape layouts? At the moment, when I PDF the word file, Adobe only PDFs the portrait pages up to the landscape page and then doesn't PDF the rest of the file. This has only recently started happening and I don't know if its linked to recently selecting Adobe as the default option for PDF files rather than Apple's version

Many thanks in advance 🙂

Exactly how do you make the PDF (what do you click, step by step)? Asking for real detail because there are many different ways, quite similar to each other.

Are you on Mac or Windows?

Hi there

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version of the application isntalled. Go to Help > Check for Updaates and reboot the computer once.

Please try to create the PDF from the Acrobat ribbon in MS Word and see if that works for you. For more information ablut creating PDF from MS Office please check the help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/how-to/create-pdf-files-word-excel-website.html

If it still doesn't work, please create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check.
