Can't run Acrobat on Mac Big Sur: Acrobat Licensing Application Hangs

I just installed Acrobat Pro 2020. It installed successfully. When I try to run the app, the Acrobat Licensing Application launches asking me to login with my Adobe ID. I click the login button and a (presumably) login window opens. The login window is blank and the licensing application hangs. What gives?
