Can't save PDF to Word

Problem solved.


I had to reinstall my Adobe Acrobat X Pro version 10 after MS messed up my Windows 10 reinstallation.
Now, I'm not able to save a PDF file as Word using both ways: File>Save As>Microsoft Word and Ctrl+Shift+S. I have searched throughout this community forum for a similar problem and a solution. I don't know if there's one existed but I'm gonna give it a try and post this.

Is there a solution for this pop up error?

My OS is Windows 10

That's a very old Acrobat, but I wonder if you have missing updates. What exact version do you run (e.g. 10.7.21)?

LOL.  Never liked the subscription service on any softwares at all.  I liked stand-alone software license.

Yup, update solved the problem. Originally 10.0.0 now is on 10.1.6.

I no longer have X, but have you tried File> Export to> Word?

File> Export to> Word doesn't existed Acrobat X Pro.

It have File> Save As> Word feature.
