Can't save PDFs

Hi there, as soon as I try and save my edited document it gives that error message (Screenshot provided) I click "save a copy" and then box disappears and there's no way to choose where to save it or name it it just disappears without saving it. PLEASE HELP

Well, you're facing a Reader-enabled PDF. It contains a special certificate to give Acrobat Reader additional right for this particular file. You can't edit it in Acrobat as the certificate then would become invalid. So, goto [File] > [Save as copy] to create a copy of the PDF without the Reader Extensions. This can be edited then.

Do save a copy you need Adobe Acrobat. It is not possible in Acrobat Reader.
