Can't view pdf only tiny black squares (like inverted)

I tried all that I saw in this forum and nothings seems to work. been reinstalling couple of times, and have already updated drivers but I can't view my PDF! Preferences were also changed, problem is still there. 

Can somebody help me with an actual solution?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the black and white dots when you open a PDF file

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs, plEase try with a different PDF file and check

Also, please check out the correct answer marked in a similar discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader/screen-turns-to-black-and-white-dots-using-adobe-acrob... and see if that helps
