We have several pdf files on our website that contain Sticky Notes. We've received reports over the past several months that sticky notes are not always visible to web users, depending on what browser they are using. We've done some testing and it appears that they display fine with Internet Explorer, but not with Chrome. Is there any way to get the sticky notes to to display in Chrome? If not, what are the suggested alternatives for web users to view any markups we make to the documents? Unfortunately our engineering department will not revise the old versions of the pdf documents so that they contain the correct information (there are hundreds if not thousands of files). This is why we rely on the sticky notes. These notes usually contain corrected information, like a part number. We've had customers order the incorrect part because the could not see the correct information on the sticky note.
