Please cancel my subscription for the love of God. You guys take my money in 3 seconds yet take 10 years to hook me up with a representative to cancel my subscription. Speaks a lot.

had this issue and took me over an hour with the dreaded chat people who then sent me a link which I had already tried, which I accidentally deleted.  Then realised I was logging in with my home Email as it was getting prefilled for me by system....  not the Email I had set up the account with.  When logged in correctly, chose my account,  it showed my package and an option to cancel.  done in a few clicks. (hope)

You cancel, but then they charge up to the month you first subscribed, it is criminal.
