I have one-year subscription that was made by error (I need only one-time use of program and now I have no it at my PC) and I want to cancel it. I was already charged twice and now I have no money in my card.
Please let me know how I could cancel my subscription.
You need to contact Adobe Customer Service. This is just a community forum. Warning, scammers may now contact you privately pretending to be Adobe staff. Adobe will never send you a private message asking you to email an account that isn't @adobe.com, or use Skype. Adobe never ask you for their password. These scammers want your Adobe info, credit cards, your money and control of your computer, please take care.

Unfortunately, there is no this option there - I suppose this is because I have one-year plan.
It should work with that kind of subscription, too. However, you will be charged a fee for cancelling this type of plan, I believe.
