Cannot access Adobe PDF Pack

I cannot access Adobe PDF Pack which we paid for on an annual subscription.  It's suddently stopped working even after I sign in.  I need to combine a document TODAY! No help, cannot reach support, no answers in the community.  What are we paying for???
