Cannot digitially sign PDF in Firefox

I am currently using the most recent version of Firefox.  I have a web based software package that generates PDF file.  I am running Acrobat DC Pro.

Up until recently, I was able to digitally sign the PDF inside the web based software.  I have upgraded and now no longer can.  I need this fixed as quickly as possible, please, since this is hindering my ability to conduct business.

I do not want to save the PDF outside the software, then open with Acrobat, and then resave into the web based software.  I need to do it all in one spot.

Please provide the exact message which you are getting while signing the document on browser.Also try to check with the different Internet browser.

Would like to know have you activated the Acrobat plugin in the Firefox browser .Also are you facing the same trouble with other browsers as well.
