Cannot drag and drop pages or bookmarks

I am no longer able to rearrange pages or bookmarks in Adobe Acrobat DC (20.012.20043). I have tried zooming in, and out. I have tried using the Thumbnails view, as well as the Organize Pages module. There are no security constraints on my file(s). I have ensured that I see the arrow cursor and not the hand icon when I click and drag. I do not receive any kind of error message, it simply does not work. I am also no longer able to rearrange my bookmarks. I have tried restarting my machine and making sure every other application is closed. I have also verified that the preview feature is not turned on in my File Explorer.

Is it possible you have enhanced security one?

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat?
