Cannot enter serial number in Acrobat 2020 after installing it with Microsoft Intune

Hello

 

I want to install Adobe Acrobat 2020 via Microsft Intune in our organisation.

The install works fine, but on the first startup the user needs to login and enter a serial number.

After the user logged in and entering the serial number, the program start up and after a few seconds it restarts, asking again for the user to login and enter a serial number: you get in a loop.

 

When I install Acrobat manualy on the pc, it works fine!

But I want to avoid to avoid to install this manualy on >150 devices.

Can someone help me with this problem?
